Este estudo teve como objetivo descrever a evolução de um caso osteomielite crônica fêmur por coinfecção Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus licheniformis e Paenibacillus alvei em uma criança sete anos. Trata-se relato caso, paciente anos, admitido agosto 2020, no serviço urgência Ortopedia Traumatologia do Hospital Universitário Maria Aparecida Pedrossian. O menor foi encaminhado interior estado, com fratura patológica na extremidade distal esquerdo, associada aureus. Após tratamento realizado caráter urgência. Houve crescimento Paenbabilus alvei. Osteomielite causada é exemplo infecção mista tecido profundo, vez que o pode ser copatógeno organismo patogenicidade conhecida, tal A identificação patógeno abordagem essencial para conduta terapêutica.
